This is a beautiful Antique Victorian, Sheffield Plate Coffee pot, hand etched. 

Sheffield plate is the name given to the process of putting a layer of sterling silver over a copper base, invented in Sheffield UK by Thomas Boulsover in 1742. Thus, ensuring an item that looked like solid silver, was more affordable to the public.

This charming coffee pot would be the perfect addition to your breakfast tray or as an elegant decorative piece, to collect and display. There is some wear internally in keeping with the age of this lovely piece.
